KERRY FINK is a Multi-Media Marketing expert, business manager and consultant with 40+ years’ experience.
Kerry is CEO of TYG Media LLC, a full-service Christian Multi-Media firm experienced in development and production of Movies, Television, Radio, Print, and Digital, including cross-channel media distribution and promotion.
Movies: Kerry has an extensive background working with development and marketing of Christian movies, including Prodigal Film’s 2014 A Long Way Off and Graça Filmes 2012 Destiny Road theatrical motion picture releases. Kerry was also actively involved in the Radio Marketing for Bishop T.D. Jakes’ movie/DVD release Woman Thou Art Loosed, producing a documentary and promotional tools for broadcast on Radio Stations nationwide.
Television: Kerry’s extensive experience in broadcast television development includes production of, and appearances in, ongoing programs including the Helping Seniors TV, Transforming Your City TV and CBSC Alive! TV from Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary International.
Radio: Kerry’s four decades in Radio Broadcast includes Network Radio as well as Radio Station ownership and management. Kerry revitalized the Music of Your Life® Radio Network, now in its 40th year of continuous syndication, by putting together a team of celebrity talents, including TV’s Wink Martindale, Peter Marshall, Gary Owens, and Pat Boone. He grew the NYC & LA based 24/7 Radio Network to more than 200 stations reaching 2,000,000 people weekly over-the-air.
He is Executive Vice President, of the Florida-based Christian FM Radio Networks, featuring 24/7 Contemporary Christian music, distributed by Westwood One, and heard on 200 stations coast-to-coast. He produces the Transforming Your City weekly Marketplace Ministries Talk Radio syndicated program, hosted by Leadership Coach Dr. David Robinson, that flagships from Salem Radio 50,000 watt AM 1160 in Chicago IL.
Digital/Online/Social Media: Kerry’s extensive experience in online digital media, including social media development, includes the development of hundreds of websites and digital media campaigns, such those for Helping Seniors of Brevard; Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary International; and the American Evangelistic Association.
Event/Group Management: Kerry’s experience with event and group management includes development of Theme Cruise Music Programs for major global lines (Fred. Olsen Cruises, MSC Cruises, Costa Cruises, NCL, etc.) as well as travel providers (SuperClubs, Club ABC, etc.). He also provides support for events such as the Space Coast Prayer Breakfast, now in its 6th year, and has done so for the Christian Music Broadcasters Association, Transforming Your City Conferences, as well as Central Florida Expos.
Specialty Programming: Kerry’s background in marketing includes development of specialty programming (airline audio with Delta, Northwest, etc.); and creation of branded Music of Your Life® retail music product (distributed via Wal-Mart, QVC, etc.)
Kerry is licensed by the Radio Advertising Bureau as a Certified Radio Sales Consultant and Certified Radio Sales Manager. He is an international Radio Consultant, advising Radio Stations in the United States and in Europe. Prior to entering Radio Station/Radio Network ownership, Kerry was Director of Research for Jefferson-Pilot Broadcasting and based at the company’s premier Radio outlet, WQXI in Atlanta GA, where he was responsible for all aspects of audience and sales research as well as programming and product research including supervising auditorium product testing, focus groups, and call-out research.
Kerry is the President of the American Evangelistic Association, an international Christian organization that licenses and ordains ministers and provides covering for churches, ministries and missionary organizations, for more than 64 years.
He is Director of Online Development for the Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary International of Ridgley, Maryland, a non-denominational correspondence Bible College, of more than 40 years of operational experience and accredited with the Oxford Educational Network, of the Wolsey Hall School of Theology, established 1649.
He sits on the Board of the Tapestry Christian College & Academy of Merritt Island, Florida, which uses curriculum developed by CBCS. He is CEO of Tapestry Vision Media, the media outreach of the Melbourne, Florida Tapestry Vision Ministry.
He is a long-standing Bishop’s Circle member of the Potter’s House Church in Dallas Texas, ordained by the American Evangelistic Association, long-standing Marketplace Ministries member of The Fellowship, and Doctoral Graduate of the Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary’s Religious Education program.
Kerry serves as Marketing Director of the Helping Seniors of Brevard, a 501(c)(3), an organization dedicated to improving quality of life for SENIORS through provision of information, education and resources. He has served, since its inception, as the organization’s Media Director, overseeing the daily Helping Seniors TV and weekly Helping Seniors Radio program broadcasts, as well as the organization’s print and digital media outreaches.
Kerry sits on the Board of and serves as Marketing Director the Knowledge College for Aging, which equips senior living facilities, businesses, churches and individuals to “Get Ahead of the Aging Curve.” He sits on the Board of the Golden Providers, a 501(c)(3) network of business members who serve Senior populations, and has served as Media Director since its inception nearly a decade ago. He also is a Planning Member of the Brevard Commission on Aging, a Citizen Advisory Panel to the Brevard County Board of Commissioners.
Kerry is a recognized expert in the Mature Market for 30+ years. He authored “How to Get Your Unfair Share of a $3.6 trillion Market”, and has been a frequent conference speaker, giving 50+ Marketing Seminars, for organizations such as the Radio Advertising Bureau, the American Society on Aging, and the Business Forum on Aging.
Kerry has served on the Board of the Business Forum on Aging and has consulted with Reader’s Digest, during their publication of the New Choices 50+ magazine product, and has worked with both Reader’s Digest, The Smithsonian, and BCI/Eclipse, regarding their 50+ music divisions. He also developed a NYC-based Senior Market coalition consolidating Radio Network airtimes sales for the Music of Your Life, Wall Street Journal, Talk America and USA Radio Networks, regarding their 50+ marketing efforts.
Kerry graduated with B.S. Management/Marketing from Georgia Tech, earned his MBA in Marketing/Finance at Georgia State University, and his Doctors of Religious Education at the Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary. Kerry is an Eagle Scout, a Bishop’s Circle member of the Potter’s House Church in Dallas Texas, and ordained by the American Evangelical Association. Kerry, and his wife Tammy, reside in Palm Bay Florida and have 3 children, and a grandchild. He and Tammy enjoy traveling, music, and family-time and Kerry is a big NASA “Space” fan.
